We want you to be completely cozy in your new kigurumi, so we offer a 30-day return window for all un-worn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Kigurumi
Place the un-worn onesie back in its original bag with all tags attached, ensuring it is securely packaged for transit.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
